Exceptionally nice and perfect location in tourist area, just next door to the Kk mountain, the store for ages, and d foothills. Brilliant place for exploring Kampong Kundassan.

All was okay, but the road access could be improved.

The location of Crystal Hill R in Kundasang is absolutely perfect, being right next to the mountain, the valley, and Sabah. the room has been recently refurbished and offers spectacular views of the mountain. the bed is very comfy for a good night's sleep.

What a weekend! the stunning mountain view was breathtaking, especially during sunrise and sunset. the staff were very friendly, always ready to assist us. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with delicious local food options and a cup of hot coffee. the location was perfect, near to many tourist spots. We also loved the comfortable bed and clean room.

Sadly, some of the facilities were not well-maintained. the road leading to the hotel was challenging and had no road lamps, making it hard to drive at night or early in the morning.

The view was breathtaking and definitely worth a visit. The surroundings are serene and offers a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The breakfast delivered to the room was a welcomed touch and convenient for those who need to rush out early in the morning.
